This is rose hydrosol from the Bulgarian rose ; a result of distillation of the rose petals, the same process that produces essential oils. This toner has the same great qualities as the rose essential oil but in a safer concentration.  It is a perfect alcohol free botanical astringent and toner that balances the skin. It may be used on face, neck, eye area, body and hair.
 
Use: spray the mist directly onto face or onto a cotton pad and pat onto cleansed skin.
